little or non production from oysters in 5 gal bucks

cut straw past. substrate, oyster spawn, layered in 5 gal buckets enlosed in unused sauna with h2o buckets for humidity, door cracked open for air flow after 3 wks 1 bucket has produced nothing 2 of the 3 bucks showed pins in minimal holes. put by window, fruited(minimal/1 buck showed pins in 6-7 holes only 2 holes advanced to fruit others showed no growth misted 2-3 times/day what's up?
