Do you mean alcohol tincture or real extraction?

Making tincture at home is possible. However, it won't be as good as, say, amanita, reishi, lion's mane etc. tinctures in terms of preserving the active ingredients, because psilocybin, and especially psilocin, are unstable. Anyway, you can try!

Real extraction is a complicated process, that is hard to proceed at home without some lab stuff.
