First time growing PE and JMF

i hope this is in the correct place...

I recently innoculated 2 grow bags. One with Jedi Mind Fck and the other with Penis Envy. Like the amateur I am, I neglected to label which was which, now im worried that I wont time the next steps correctly. if I understand, PE takes more time... incubating? it could take them more than a couple weeks for the mycelium growth?

Am I screwed? should I definitely order some more bags while im waiting to see if I can safe these?

i can post pictures after 2 weeks and ask for help then. im hoping to salvage what I can. I want to have a plan early.

ive kept them in my closet, the temperature has been pretty close to 75°f, but fluctuates between 71°and 79°

Temperature 71-79F is fine for colonization

Regarding colonization time, it depends on many factors: substrate volume, temperature, and the type of genetics (multi spore or isolated culture). So it can take anywhere from 2 weeks to 2 months for BOTH strains 🙃
