Your cake looks fine. There are no signs of contamination, just some kind of metabolites, which can also appear due to water pools on the cake.

Try to avoid misting the mycelium directly. If really necessary, mist the walls of your tub instead and use ultra fine spray bottle. Skip misting if the walls of fruiting chamber are wet and/or you see small water drops on mycelium.

I can already see some tiny knots in the photo you shared. That means you either already have primordia (small mushrooms) popping up, or you’ll likely see them within the next 2–5 days from now ;)
