No problem if you harvest them right away. But I'd wait about 3 more days from when your photos were taken. Keep in mind that not all shrooms will be fully grown and open their caps, this is normal (for Hillbilly strain in particular)!

Tip: You can use fully grown mushrooms with opened caps for making some spore swabs ;)
