The first photo of the cake is 9 days old, the second photo of the cake is 14 days old. Are they not too dry? How is their condition in general?

After harvesting this flush, rehydrate the cake (check the guide here: Rehydration). The cake will get additional moisture and produce more shrooms ;-)
