I just inoculated my first grow today

My current setup of seedling pad in a styrofoam cooler doesn't seem to be warm enough. Which is explaining slow colonization #2

Is this wet rot? These bags were agar inoculated 1 week ago. I tried agar inoculation to try and reduce wet rot, any tips?

First trial. Cakes in spawn-period for about one month. Is that alright to put this cake in the fruiting chamber or it's better to wait for exact 100% coverage?
