So, i inoculated some whole oats in a bag a few days ago and have seen 0 signs of life. Should i increase ambient temperature a few degrees? My girlfriend keeps it cold in the house, so my only theory is low temp. Shroomok: First signs of life usually appear after 5-14 days (spore syringe inoculation) Colonisation speed up with higher temp, but contam also can speed up So colonisation at room temp (68-73F) or up to 77-80F is recommended.
