List of items to make mushroom capsules

All items are listed in this kit can be used for preparing mushroom supplements for microdosing with psilocybin magic mushrooms, Lion's Mane, Chaga, Reishi, Amanita Muscaria (Fly Agaric) or any other medicinal mushrooms.

Make your own pills and save money!

All you need:

1. Dry mushroom fruit bodies.

2. High precision milligram scales.

3. Coffee grinder.

4. Pill filler kit for filling capsules one by one or capsule filling machine for filling a bunch of capsules at once (up to 100 pills).

5. Vegan or Gelatin capsules size 00, size 0 or size 1.

Tip: based on personal experience

• size 00 allows you to make capsules up to 0.4-0.5g of mushroom powder in one capsule

• size 0 is an optimal. It allows you to adjust the microdose up to 0.3g. It's easier to swallow than bigger 00 size capsules. If you need to take 0.5g just prepare 2 capsules 0.25g each

• size 1 is a smaller capsule. Easy to swallow. Allows you to fill up to 0.15-0.2g of mushroom powder per one pill

• smaller sizes (2, 3, 4, 5) are useless for this purpose

• gelatin or vegeterian is up to you.

All process takes about 20 minutes to fill 100 capsules.

• weight dry mushrooms on scales (i.g. if your microdose 0.25g and you use size 0 capsules you need 0.25*100=25g of dry mushrooms)

• grind them up and turn into powder in coffee grinder

• fill in capsules with mushroom powder
