Grain bags sterilization in instant pot on pressure cooker mode for 2 hours and 20 mins

I believe it’s penicillium contamination, but no way to verify it. It grows extremely fast, the mycelium is slower. So I’m just watching it

Questionable spot is Blue in color just wanna verify that it is bruising of the mycelium

This jar developed some dark wet spots - bacterial contam

All spawn jars were close to be fully colonised and the mycelium started to disappear what is the reason for that and how to avoid it next time

In my first attempt to make own 2 grow bags I think I found some contamination. May you share your opinions what would you do in situation like this #5
