All spawn jars were close to be fully colonised and the mycelium started to disappear what is the reason for that and how to avoid it next time

Hello, my first time trying to grow broke boi tek. All three of the jars were very close to be fully colonised and the mycelium started to ‘disappear’. Whats the reason for that and how to avoid it next time? Is it worth to try to save that lively looking one?
