Should have mentioned hillbilly strain, bag grow, 2nd flush, first did not have this so I expect that I over misted and had too much humidity . No bad smell or anything else. Sliced them up and 3 dehydrator trays worth so hoping all is safe and well with these.

Hey! Don't worry, it's not a contam. Actually, it's mycelium and your shrooms are absolutely healthy!

Such "fuzzy feet" is a reaction to high CO2 levels in your bag => meaning a lack of oxygen for the mushrooms' breathing. Try to ventilate the bag more frequently (especially during active fruiting phase): open it every 3-4 hours for 1-2 mins, and it should disappear within 12-48 hours. Also check the air filter in your bag, if it's wet the natural fresh air exchange (FAE) won't work.

It’s also normal to see some fuzzy stems (or even caps) next to normal-looking shrooms, that’s fine.

You can find more examples here: Why Mushrooms too Leggy, Fuzzy Feet and White Dots on Caps

Another tip: don’t slice the mushrooms into small pieces. It’s better to dry them whole or cut into 2-3 pcs. only if they are too large to fit in the dehydrator.

You mentioned this is your 2nd flush. Heavy misting or even soaking the cake (see Rehydration) in water for a few hours is perfectly fine and the cake won't become overhydrated, so there is no mistake here ;-)

Thank you very much. One follow up question: why shouldn't I slice them? This is a great site and great source of information.

Always welcome! In order to reduce oxidation and possible potency loss, but it's not a big problem or mistake
