Mycelium here looks slightly weird to me, inconsistent and slightly spider web-by. Is this normal?

Early trichoderma green mold contamination? Or healthy?

Black pointy tip cap and some of them are dying too soon when it’s small. They appear as blackish green. What’s happening?
