Start of orange bread mold neurospora crassa contamination on mushroom mycelium

First trial. Cakes in spawn-period for about one month. Is that alright to put this cake in the fruiting chamber or it's better to wait for exact 100% coverage?

Some small cakes here. Didn’t expect the tops to turn black. Thoughts?

Shrooms have been air drying for a bit and pretty sure they’re not supposed to be this blackish color. Anyone know?

Cakes right after soaking in water (rehydration). Is there any risks?
