Is this early signs of mold? Was told off white looking mycelium can be the start of mold

trippy answers: Not the greatest picture but i think it looks fine. Shroomok answers: Healthy, but so dry! Soak this cake for a few hours in water User: Damn. If I knew sooner I wouldn't have thrown it out. I'm in 3 mushroom servers and the other 2 said it's starting to mold
