I am a newbie, trying to grow some B+ and GT. Do these look ready to open up to air?

Would you pick these off before you dunk and roll or would you just dunk and roll with them?

Update on my APE agar. You can see a small piece a yellow contam in the top left

This is APEs its pretty clearly contaminated but there is a small patch that looks ok. When should I move it to a new agar plate?

New to agar. Put spores onto agar the other day. What are these small white dots?

Is it a bad sign to have growth on the surface of liquid culture? Looks like mycelium but I’ve never seen it grow on the top before

Here's a picture of a contaminated agar. But I saved it by cutting from the good part and moving that over to a different petri dish
