Never used agar before. Made some cuttings from the interior of some stems and transferred to agar. Thoughts on these?

First time grower. Had an outstanding first flush. Made some cuttings from the interior of some stems and transferred to agar (never used agar before) . Though on these? I had them in a seeding mat because my house runs cold. I suspect I may have over heated them. Any insight would be appreciated. Mycelia P answered: Imo there seems to be a lot of bacteria, surrounding everything and I would deem these plates unusable, good luck on your second flush 😉
