Little update on the cake I put outside in a bag because I thought it had contamination. Looks to be doing pretty good

The mushroom stem has split. Any ideas if it is still good or what causes this?

What’s my problem here? First flush no yield, so I rehydrated mushroom cake and now shrooms just came out from the sides only

Also you could put a marble in the jar prior to PC. It helps break up the mycelium. That was like 2 weeks worth of growth. Started from cultured agar

I also use LME for liquid culture, but I only use 1/2g of LME to 300ml of distilled water

4 month LC stored in fridge

LC should be almost clear. This is about 4 months old
