Why this grow kit is still the same since day 1 and day 15

Shroomok comment: mycelium dried out, but was too wet before! As a result you have a crust like mycelium (overlay). You have issues with fruiting conditions. What are your FC? How do you maintain humidity in your fruiting chamber? Check out Overlay guide on shroomok please
