Millet spawn jar - wet slimy grain - example of bacterial contamination

Wondering if these spawn jars are contaminated or if it could be normal for spawn to bulk #2

This jar developed some dark wet spots - bacterial contam

All spawn jars were close to be fully colonised and the mycelium started to disappear what is the reason for that and how to avoid it next time

Update on my APE agar. You can see a small piece a yellow contam in the top left

This is APEs its pretty clearly contaminated but there is a small patch that looks ok. When should I move it to a new agar plate?

New to agar. Put spores onto agar the other day. What are these small white dots?

Here's a picture of a contaminated agar. But I saved it by cutting from the good part and moving that over to a different petri dish
