E4K mushroom strain - what would cause these stems to crack

– Grower: Hello, does anyone know what would cause these stems to crack? Strain E4K, my first time growing from a shoebox? – ʂƙı℘ɬཞı℘℘ıŋ: Humidity or air changes in tub. – Grower: Does that mean to much humidity or to much air change? – ʂƙı℘ɬཞı℘℘ıŋ: Lack of humidity. Too much airflow drying it out.
