  Hello, I'm looking for some advice here, unfortunately I made some mistakes as it was my first time. The room got much colder then I thought which made the mycelium take quite a while to grow and it never ended up fully reaching the bottom after about 6 weeks. I decided to just start fruiting it because I wasn't seeing any progress even with the heating mat. It's been fruiting for probably around a week now, and I think my tubs definitely do look stressed at a minimum. There are some bluish patches at the top that haven't really spread much and I believe I am looking at bruising but I am not 100% sure obviously. I've also noticed some of the mushrooms are growing quite faster then the others, so I am having a hard time figuring out what to do with these tubs, I want to make sure they are safe and I can finish the process taking the correct steps or discard these tubs if needed. Thanks so much in advance!
