Here are some visualizations of the process going from the bag I posted earlier into a block ready to put in the fruiting chamber. I cut a corner to push the air out of the bag, fold and tape it, cut an X or something along the lines of it where I see primordia and keep the edges of the bag where I made the cut back with some micropore tape. Last picture shows difference between a side fruiting block (like oysters) and the pioppino varieties I currently am running that fruit out of the top of the bag close up of the primordia
