How I fruit oyster mushrooms out of unicorn bags - details in description by Serpico

I havent gotten to fruiting yet with Floridas, as all the units are still colonizing. However, I think trying to fruit them out of a tub is going to cause you problems. I fruit out of unicorn bags. My understanding of the Florida fruiting bodies is that they can have variations of color depending on amount of light; so the less light, the bluer they will appear. For example, once the bottom of the 10 lb block gets colonized, I'm gonna cut the top and fold it over so it resembles a box. Then cut an X into one side of the plastic. Im working on writeups for 3 types of oysters right now, but work is tight right now and im light on time this week
