I colonized a batch of apes with this syringe and it did have bacteria. I got a couple out of it anyway I may try using the reminder to colonize some spawn jars and take some of the healthy rice and place it on agar. Shroomok: These colonies look like either yeast or bacteria contamination, not APE for sure lol
