I store my agar plates in a dresser drawer right side up and I hardly have any condensation

Only way is to air it out but you are asking for contamination. I store some of my plates upside down but I still get condensation. If you stack them the bottom plates won’t have condensation. I was thinking of taking a hairdryer on heat to them. Theoretically, that will stop the condensation if it’s hot enough. Agar doesn’t melt till around 185°, so don’t try to add heat till it has set. I store mine in a dresser drawer right side up and I hardly have any condensation.
