In my first attempt to make own 2 grow bags I think I found some contamination. May you share your opinions what would you do in situation like this

Good evening. That's my first time and I wish to ask you for advice. In my first attempt to make own 2 grow bags I found some contamination. May you share your opinions what would you do in situation like this? Throw it to bin or order some antibiotics and try to save it? I will appreciate any ideas and opinions 🙂 Bag number 1 is first 3 pictures.
