Inoculated more than 1 month ago and nothing. What did I do wrong or was grain/spores bad possibly? #2

Inoculated 12/22/22 and nothing (except oats) in bag? What did I do wrong or was grain/spores bad possibly? Any help appreciated 🙏🏻 (last batch I did went great in the same room and same setup) #2 Shroomok comment: Grain look very dry and maybe contamination, open the bag and check the smell
