I have LOTS of side pins

hey guys, whats up? big question, I left home for a couple days and asked a friend to water and leave some air on it for these days, it grown (more than I expected) but I have LOTS of side pins, what would u recommend? Also, is this green thing a normal thing? #2 Shroomok answered: Side pinning is not a problem at all. Just remove the cake to harvest all your mushrooms when they are ready. Blue-green color on mycelium and mushrooms is bruising, it's not a contamination!
