Just harvested this cake and saw it on the bottom. What do I do with shrooms in this situation? #2

Kinda looks like it, take a Q-tip and rub the green area and see if it comes off. Get it away from everything. Be careful bc if it's sporing it'll be everywhere. It needs to be disposed of, outside your house and grow area, hopefully you didn't have it open to long.
