My first grow, pins have started to form inside the jar. Any suggestions? #2

Hey! I am in the midst of my first grow and my little ones have started to form pins while still inside the ball jar. Any suggestions on what the best thing to do for them? Shroomok comment: Pick them and dry. Use colonized spawn for spawn to bulk (small mushroom cake, shoebox, monotub, bottle-tek) or as PF tek growing
