Second time using this tek and love it so far! No soak no simmer tek: rinse grains thoroughly, allow excess water to drain for a free minutes. Jar up 300 ml of grain, 1/4 teaspoon of gypsum, 150 ml of water, then shake. Flip mason jar lid upside down so it won’t be air tight in the pc, cover with foil, pc for 90 minutes at 15 psi. Optional hot shake once pressure has returned to 0 psi: using hot pads or a towel remove the jar from the pc and shake to evenly distribute moisture in the jar (will help prevent clumping) then return to pc to cool.
