Also noticed metabolites - possibly contamination?

There is a truffle formed through the overlay which is producing quite a bit of metabolites. Not sure if this is due to stress or simply down to growth. Poss contam? 🤔 Answer: The yellow drops on the left are metabolites, also a natural thing to happen when the mycelium gets older, stressed or tries to fight contam off. Nothing in here looks worrying, if it's a second or third flush. If it's a first flush, then yes, it's not perfect! Grower: My thoughts also! Unfortunately it's the 1st flush! 😅 The spawn was left entirely too long as I had to spend some time away. Came back and it was just solid ..with a ton of Metabolites oozing in the grain bag. I know it ain't pretty but in my defence, these true Nats/ Ochra's are aggressive colonisers and tend to produce truffle like blobs with a ton of metabolite action in my experience thus far!
