Perfect fruiting conditions but I have mycelium overlay again

I suppose earlier substrates with additives might have been too rich in nutrients - I've read that when the soil is too fertile, the mycelium won't produce fruiting bodies. For several weeks now, I've been relying solely on coconut fiber + lime, but I still have a problem with overlay both in boxes and in the tent. In the tent, I have 95% humidity, 23 degrees Celsius, FAE 3 times a day, sunlight spectrum lighting for 12 hours.
