  I've set the timers for 3 times a day (every 8 hours), for 1 minute venting. Seems okay, since hydrometers say all chambers are a bit too humid - over 94-97%%. I removed water from misters and stopped misting myself, will do it like you said - every 2-3 days. First chamber is basically done, just a few big shrooms left, lots of smaller ones, but I think they will dry out, I will re-hydrate the block in a couple of days and raise it, so its easier to collect sidepins next flush. Second forked chamber seems okay, was a bit wet, but now better. Fluffy chamber 1 seems perfect, fluffy chamber 2 is a bit barren, I will keep the bubble wrap one last day, but it's already growing shrooms and they are starting to bend beneath it. Collected around 120g wet shrooms, which ended up being 11g very dry ones. Seems okay for the first flush on the first chamber? And its not even done yet.
