What could cause the nipple like shape on top of the mushroom caps #2

Does anyone know what could cause the nipple like shape on top of the caps? I was thinking it could be from water droplets? TIA! Answer: just a funky mutation! Happens all the time just a cosmetic thing, still definitely safe to eat #2
