Wrong filters for grain jars or temperature influence - more in comments
They are now sitting around 76° my first 2-3 weeks they were in the low 70s. Although I did see a post on Reddit the other day saying that the filters I used don't offer enough air exchange. So I am wondering if that is part of my problem
