Amazonian Krinkle hybrid
update time! I was checking on the block and found gray powdery mold on the bottom, the cubensis mycelium for whatever reason never colonized a small spot down there, so I cut about an inch and a half of the block completely off and immediately harvested what I had. afterwards I let the block soak in bottled spring water for a few hours and put it back into colonization mode for a couple of days...I expected to lose it but it rebounded and is now happily pinning again, with a brain and coral peice standing out from the rest. I decided to put a paper towel down for it to sit on, seems to have helped it. when putting 2 different strains into an LC and letting them consolidate for about a week, its not a true hybrid, but I was under the impression that some of the fruits produced in the block could have phenotypes from both strains(depending on a few factors like how aggressive certain strains are and how much sectoring occurs) I noticed that some of the larger brain/corals were beige while the spikes remained mostly pale, fascinating stuff either way. and thank you for your advice 😁
