  Hey Andrew! Do you mean these white-brown clumps? If so—it's just mycelium. If the smell is good and you there are no wet slimy spots, it's fine. If there are some bald grains (without mycelium), better to remove them, although I don't see uncolonized grains. So go ahead and mix it with bulk substrate.
