  Started seeing deteriorating, slimy caps on the perimeter so i took the cake out. rinsed it off with distilled water and replaced in bin. You can see that after the first flush I definitely broke the cake in half! I may try adding ph'd casing layer with just moss. I have some prepped that I'm pasteurizing right now.
