Hey buddy, that batch wss roughly 30g dry, for some damn reason the dehydrator took 20 hours on 40 celcius. After rehydration the cake shrunk, and it really started sidepinning, especially in many clumps pic related. Should I move the cake to a tub without air holes, or this is ok?

I think you forgot to wrap aluminium foil on the outside😁. Light sends a fruiting signal to mycelium and it may start pinning from sides if there is too much light without aluminium foil wrapped around it.
Side pinning is not a problem at all ;-)
