  Day 2. Grain Bags SterilizationI sterilized the bags in a pressure cooker for 2.5 hours and let them sit until they cooled down to room temperature. The next day, my bags were ready for inoculation. Actually, I inoculated them 3 days later after sterilization, and it's totally fine!Pro tip: You can use sterilized grain within 3-4 weeks of storage.
