Day 120-122. Сold shock recoveryMy Reishi fruiting bags spend 30 days in the refrigerator at 40°F (5°C). After the cold break, I took them out and placed on a shelf in a closet — a completely dark space with room temperatures ranging between 73–80°F (23–27°C).By the next day (less than 12 hours later), I noticed fresh patches of mycelium starting to regrow.Within just 2 days, new mycelium had already spread across the bags from all sides. The plastic, which had stuck to the substrate, was visibly pushed outward as the mycelium grew (see photo: old mycelium - brownish, new mycelium - fluffy snow-white).(See the photo in better quality in the attachments below!)
