Any pictures of when the AA are ready to harvest?
@Max, the current photo is one of the examples of the 'ready to harvest' state.

Actually, if you don't need spore prints/swabs you may harvest them any time and any size.
The most common practice is harvesting right before opening the cap (torn veil) or right after opening.
If you're going to make spore print/swab, you need to wait till the mushroom cap is opens.
