A - is my still air box control B and F - are from cuttings from the center of my last harvest (strain was B+) C - was a swab from a MSS C + E - are MSS dripped directly onto the agar Shroomok: What happen with D? Bacteria? : no idea, i feel like i had a lot of my plates get bacteria. Are any of them viable myc? Shroomok: D - bacteria/yeast contam, zoom is helpful lol : do B, C, E, or F look ok? Shroomok: GT plates C and E - good so far B and F - have questionable areas to be discussed Mycelia P: Is D plate a Pe6 swab? : yea Mycelia P: Is the white dots liquid or mycelium? On the D plate : im not sure, i did it using a sterile cotton swab and rolled it in sort of a streak/zig zag pattern. So MSS sprayed directly onto the swab in a SAB then rolled/wiped onto the plate
