Does this mushroom cake look healthy? It’s been 24 days

First timer, this sub is 10 pounds and had 3 quarts of colonized grain added. I opened it yesterday, it was looking really dry and I gave it a mist. Not sure if I already messed up. But it’s taking soo long or at least it seems like a long time. Shroomok answers: From your pic I don't see contamination. Some myc colonies are great! But your cake has another problems 1) uneven mycelium colonisation, because you top layer have hills 2) uncolonised area has a risk for contam 3) top layer is dry. You can take a syringe and drop by drop add water directly on top layer. Wait until completely absorbed! Control all required climate conditions! : Thank you for the feedback! Should I remove some soil off the top and then add drops of water? Shroomok: NO! Don't touch top layer!
