First ever grow. MVP strain of magic mushrooms

Hi! Have any of you grown MVP strain? Iam watching it grow for 11 days now, and mushroom are so big they reach my tub cover 😬 I read it need about 2 weeks to mature, and leg should be nice soft as marshmallows, but when should I touch it to check 😅 Someone told me, when it stops grow. But they're everyday bigger. I just don't want to hurt them. (This is my first ever grow).
