First liquid culture. I've left it for 2 weeks and these spots formed on top. Are they new mycelium growing or contamination? #2

Shroomok: Check it in 3-5 days. If mycelium on the top turned blue/green/pink/any other color, then 100% mold Healthy mushroom mycelium also might grow on top. It seems like myc to me. User: I'll keep an eye on it. This channel is awesome !! So glad I found it. I'm very new to this. I've done 1 pf tek grow and got about 12 grams. And I have a monotub colonizing now hopefully. I've got a lot of questions. Lol. Thanks for the response. ʂƙı℘ɬཞı℘℘ıŋ: Mycelium will grow on top if LC not stirred for a long time. User: I don't have a stir plate. I put a marble in when I made it. I didn't stir it though until I used it, then it kinda turned brown until the spots formed. So in a few days if it stays white and it is mycelium can I just put it in the refrigerator to store for awhile? Shroomok: Stir LC every 2-3 days if stored in room temp. Stir every 1-2 weeks if stored in the refrigerator. Yep, marble inside helps to break a jellyfish.

That brown definitely looks like contam or dead mycelium but you can check by putting g to agar
