First liquid culture. I've left it for 2 weeks and these spots formed on top. Are they new mycelium growing or contamination?

This is my first LC I used 3cc of it to inoculate some grain. Then it turned kinda brown. I've left it alone for about 2 weeks and these spots formed on top. Are they new mycelium growing or contamination?
