For pressure canner (such as presto brand) with 15 PSI, sterilization time is 90 minutes (1 hour and 30 minutes). For instantpot - 2 hours. I have instantpot, but I use pressure cook option on high for 2 hours and 15 minutes, some people do 2 and a half hours with instant pot
