Had good initial mycelium growth then stalled. What I'm missing?

@Shroomok Hey I was wondering if you have any suggestions on what I'm missing? I put grain to sub on 11-3 first 2 weeks kept at room temp of around 77. Had good initial growth then stalled. I then increased temp to around 84 still no growth. I then sprayed walls and sub to add moisture. Still no new growth. I don't see anything that looks like contam. There are a couple drops of yellow metabolites. I assume that's an indication of stress. So what am I missing. Sub is 80-20-5 of coir verm lime. Light is only for inspection, otherwise kept in dark covered In black plastic. Only time tub has been opened is to spray. Thanks for any advice. Shroomok: could be contamination (bacterial, yeast or mold) that inhibits mycelium growth
